- Complimentary Annual Wellness Visit: Full exam and consultation included.*
- Enhanced Diagnostics: 20% courtesy on a Full Mouth Series (FMX) of X-rays for you and one registered guest.*
- Preventive Care: 20% courtesy on your annual cleaning/prophylaxis (D1110).*
- Elevated Cosmetic Credit: A $100 courtesy applied toward whitening or Invisalign® services.*
3. Centurion® Card Members: The Ultimate Iconic Experience
- All-Inclusive Family Wellness: You and your partner receive a Complete Annual Care Package (Exam, Consult, and FMX X-rays) at no cost to you.*
- Premier Restorative Credit: A $250 annual courtesy to apply toward major cosmetic or restorative procedures (e.g., Dental Implants, Veneers).*
Important Program Guidelines & Patient Information
To ensure transparency and the best possible experience for our patients, please review the following terms regarding this program:
1. Independent Merchant Offer: This program is a private promotional offer funded and managed exclusively by Icónica Dental Group. It is not a direct benefit, insurance product, or partnership offered by American Express Company. All fulfillment is the sole responsibility of Icónica Dental Group.
2. No “Double Dipping” (Insurance vs. Benefits): To maintain regulatory compliance, these benefits cannot be combined with any dental insurance plan (PPO, HMO, or otherwise). Patients must choose to either use their dental insurance benefits OR the Icónica Amex benefits for a given visit. These benefits are ideal for patients who are out-of-network, uninsured, or electing for cosmetic procedures not covered by insurance.
3. Non-Transferable & No Cash Value: Credits and benefits (such as the $250 restorative credit) have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-transferable. Credits must be used for treatment rendered at Icónica Dental Group.
4. Calendar Year Reset: Benefits reset annually on January 1st and do not roll over. Unused benefits from the previous year are forfeited.
