We are pleased to offer a 10% family courtesy off the annual membership fee for each additional family member residing in the same household who joins the Iconic Wellness Circle.

Frequently Asked Questions about Icónic Wellness

Is The Iconic Wellness Circle an insurance plan?

No, this is a private membership program exclusive to our practice. It is a simple, transparent, and more beneficial alternative to traditional dental insurance, with no deductibles, waiting periods, or annual maximums.

This program cannot be combined with dental insurance. It is designed for patients who do not have insurance or for those who find our plan provides better value and less hassle than their current coverage.

If you plan on visiting us for your routine preventive care each year (cleanings, exams, and X-rays), the membership will almost always provide significant savings over paying for those services individually. Our patient coordinator can provide a personalized cost comparison for you.

As a member, you will receive a courtesy discount (15% or 20%, depending on your plan) off our standard fees for any additional dental work you may need. The discount is applied automatically at the time of service.

The courtesy applies to the vast majority of our services, including cosmetic, restorative, and surgical procedures. The only exceptions are typically for Invisalign, and products sold at the practice.

The Periodontal Wellness plan is designed specifically for you. It includes the more frequent and specialized periodontal maintenance cleanings that are essential for managing gum disease and protecting your long-term health.

Each membership is for an individual to ensure care is tailored to their specific needs. However, we offer a 10% family courtesy off the annual fee for each additional family member who enrolls from the same household. Our Patient Coordinator can provide all the details.

The included emergency exam covers a problem-focused examination and any necessary X-rays to diagnose the specific issue causing you pain or concern. It does not include the cost of any treatment performed.

The annual $100 credit is automatically applied to your account. You can use it at any time during your membership year toward the cost of professional teeth whitening.

Any additional cleanings you may need beyond what is included in your plan will be covered by your member courtesy discount (15% or 20% off).

The monthly payment is an easy way to spread the cost of your annual membership over 12 months. It requires a valid credit card on file for automatic billing.

For your convenience, your membership will automatically renew on the anniversary of your sign-up date. We will send you a reminder notification before the renewal is processed. You can opt out of auto-renewal at any time.

The membership fee is non-refundable once any services have been rendered. If you have not used any benefits within the year, please speak with our patient coordinator to discuss your options.

Yes. If your dental needs change—for example, if you require periodontal care—you can upgrade your plan at any time by paying the prorated difference in the membership fee.
