What is this program?
This is an exclusive benefits program offered by ICÓNICA DENTAL GROUP to show our appreciation for American Express® cardholders.
How do I use my cardholder benefits?
Simply mention your cardholder status when you schedule your appointment. When you arrive, present your eligible American Express® card at check-in, and your benefits will be applied to your visit.
Is there any cost or enrollment required?
No. There is no cost or separate enrollment. These benefits are a complimentary perk for being a valued patient at our practice and an American Express® cardholder.
Can I combine these benefits with my dental insurance?
No. This exclusive offer is designed for patients without dental insurance or for visits where you choose to use this benefit instead of your insurance. This program cannot be combined with any PPO, HMO, or other dental insurance plan. We are happy to discuss which option provides you the most value.
Are the complimentary services the same quality as others?
Absolutely. Every patient at ICÓNICA DENTAL GROUP receives the exact same, uncompromising standard of exceptional care. These benefits are simply our way of acknowledging and welcoming you.
Who qualifies as a "guest," "significant other," or "family"?
We want you to be able to share these benefits.
- Gold/Platinum: The benefit may be applied to one other person of your choosing (spouse, partner, or family member) per calendar year.
- Centurion: The package covers the primary cardholder and their spouse or partner.
Do the annual benefits expire or roll over?
How does the Centurion "$250 Annual Credit" work?
This is an automatic credit applied to your account at our practice. It can be used toward any cosmetic or major restorative procedure you choose. It cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to standard preventive care.
How does verification work? Is it discreet?
The process is completely seamless and discreet. We simply ask that you present your eligible American Express® card at check-in. Your privacy is our priority.
Can I use my Membership Rewards® points to pay for treatment?
While you cannot use points directly at our office, you can often use your points to cover charges on your statement. Please check your American Express® account for "Pay with Points" options and terms.
