Dr. Gómez completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) and postgraduate Advanced Education in Endodontics at Universidad Finis Terrae.
To further expand his clinical scope in complex, high-acuity patient care within the United States, he completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) at Jackson Memorial Hospital, affiliated with the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.

Dr. Gómez focuses on preserving natural teeth through personalized endodontic care. His services include:
- Nonsurgical Root Canal Care: Root canal treatment for anterior teeth, bicuspids, and molars; endodontic retreatment; emergency pulpal debridement; and treatment of blocked or calcified canals.
- Vital Pulp & Pediatric Therapies: Pulpotomy, pulpectomy, apexification, and apexogenesis, tailored to pulp health and tooth development.
- Microsurgical Endodontics: Apicoectomy, retrograde root-end filling, root amputation, hemisection or bicuspidization, and intentional replantation for selected cases.
- Trauma & Internal Repair: Internal root repair for perforation defects and management of traumatic dental injuries.
Diagnostic Support: 3D CBCT imaging when appropriate to evaluate root anatomy and surrounding bone.
